DELIVERIES

Azar Studio uses private Spanish national post office service for domestic and international deliveries.
All orders are insured and all parcels are traceable through a tracking number.

Orders sent within Spain should arrive between 1-3 working days (weekends and bank holidays excluded). International shipping between 3-7 working days depending on where in the world you live. A few additional days might be required for customs clearance, which is faster or slower depending on the local procedures.

Shipping costs:

Domestic delivery (All of Spain excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)– €5
Europe delivery (EU) – €12
Rest of the world (including extra-EU European countries) – €20

When shipping to a destination outside the European Union, customs and import duties will be calculated by the client’s local government and will be in charge of the client. We recommend you to get informed before your purchase, in order to avoid unexpected charges. We are not held responsible to inform you about your country’s laws and taxes.

We will be in contact with you via e-mail on each and every purchase so we will discuss these details with you personally, before sending your parcel. Because that is how we like to work.
